Linden is s very small quaint southern town. This hotel is a very nice addition to the area considering the other options. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. My room had a shower only no tub. All wooden floors in my queen suite. This is s bed and breakfast, if you come here thinking it's a 5 star resort that's your problem not theirs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as much as they can be. Internet service is provided and Direct TV had a wide selection of channels. I would like to come back and spend a few days here.
The Cafe' part is worth it even if you are not spending the night.
First off, this is a really nice place! The rooms are nice, the staff is helpful, and the grocery store is rite across the street.
The price per nite is more than a interstate motel yes, but its in a much higher

The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere. Clean and friendly service. I would recommend The Commodore to my friends.
It was an interesting stay. Linden is a very small town with very few points of interest or dining options. The hotel is labeled as a three star hotel, which may be an exaggeration. The room was very bare bones and simply decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. Not as historic as I hoped or luxurious as a usual three star hotel. It was an anomaly in the middle-of-nowhere Tennessee. No real complaints, but not really worth the detour off the highway.
There is live music each week, and a really comfortable "lights down low" relaxing kind of atmosphere.
Great place to stay, each room has a different theme. Very friendly staff. The cafe had great food. I will definitely be back and stay in a different room.
