the owner is very polite and nice and throws small fun events like a live band on occasions. She cooks great food and lunch is a must at kelsey's with the option of indoor or outdoor seating and its 4 minutes or less from the river which is great for people who are getting off the river and looking for a bite to eat or to get some beer, and to top it all off she has many conveniences like live bait, bagged ice, plumbing parts and much more.
